Prenatal Yoga Classes

A gentle, supportive practice designed for every stage of pregnancy. In this class, you’ll be guided through movements, breathwork, and relaxation practices that help ease common pregnancy discomforts, build strength and flexibility for birth, and offer a space to connect deeply with your baby and your changing body.

Each session weaves together mindful movement, restorative postures, and practices that support calmness, resilience, and trust in your body’s wisdom. You’ll also experience the quiet power of gathering in community with other expectant parents—a space to slow down, be nourished, and feel supported.

No previous yoga experience is needed. All levels, bodies, and pregnancies are warmly welcome.
