Whether you're newly pregnant or planning to conceive, this space invites you to prepare for birth not only with your mind, but with your body, heart, and soul.

This is not your average birth class. This is a return.

A Grounded and Sacred Approach to Birth

Over the course of 8 weeks, you'll be held in community as we prepare for the threshold of birth.

Each session weaves together:

  • Grounding somatic practices and meditation

  • Gentle prenatal movement

  • Storytelling, myth, and creative exploration of the Mother Archetype

  • Shared wisdom and deep listening

  • Practical birth education and coping techniques

  • Ritual and personal reflection

This is an intimate, supportive space for processing, learning, creating, and deepening trust in your body's wisdom and the unknown path ahead.

Each week builds toward deeper trust in yourself, your story, and your ability to birth with presence — however your path unfolds.

Each 2.5 hour gathering includes:

  • Grounding meditations

  • Light prenatal yoga

  • Guided journaling and sharing

  • A themed birth preparation module

  • Birth art, storytelling, and/or singing

We’ll explore stories like La Loba and Inanna, honor our own birth stories, and learn how to prepare body, mind, and spirit for the labor journey ahead.

Investment + Registration Details

Sliding Scale:

$300–$500 Early Bird (Register by December 1, 2025)
$500–$700 Standard Pricing (After December 1)
